School Uniform

School Uniforms can now also be purchased online from Tesco by following this link: www.tesco.com/clothing.

Then select School Uniforms and then Uniform Embroidery Service. Find our local authority, Trafford, and search for Gorse Hill Primary School. Our uniform and book bags with the school logo on will be available to purchase from there over the next couple of weeks and the school will receive commission for every purchase.
Alternatively, uniforms can be purchased in person from Monkhouse.

Winter Uniform

• Black school sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo;
• Yellow school polo shirt;
• Grey trousers, skirt or pinafore;
• Grey, white or black socks or tights;
• Footwear - black shoes or black trainers with a black sole.

Summer Uniform

• Yellow polo shirt of yellow gingham dress (optional)
• Grey shorts (optional)

P.E Kit

• White T-shirt;
• Dark blue or black shorts or tracksuit trousers;
• Socks and pumps.

In colder weather children can wear navy or black tracksuit bottoms and school sweatshirts.
For swimming girls must wear a one-peice swim suit and boys must wear trunks or shorts (not below the knee).
Both boys and girls must wear a swimming hat.

All clothing should be clearly marked with the child's name. There are lost property boxes in school.

Pupils are not allowed to wear make-up, false nails or nail vanish for school. Jewellery is not permitted, except for a small watch, small ear studs or for religious reasons.
