Mathematics
At Gorse Hill Primary School, we believe all children can succeed in mathematics. Our maths curriculum is designed to develop confident, fluent and resilient mathematicians who enjoy exploring numbers and solving problems. Through a structured and progressive approach, pupils build strong conceptual understanding and reasoning skills. We emphasise mathematical talk, problem-solving and real-life applications, ensuring children can apply their learning with confidence and accuracy both in school and beyond.
