History
Our history curriculum at Gorse Hill Primary School is designed to be engaging, inclusive and thought-provoking. We want children to develop a strong understanding of how the past has shaped the world they live in today. By studying a range of historical periods, people and civilisations, pupils are encouraged to think critically, ask questions and develop research skills. History supports children in understanding diversity, equality and change over time, helping them to form aspirations and informed perspectives about their own futures.
